Our Story

Men Supporting Men

Started in 2023, Good Better Best Men is a registered not-for-profit charity dedicated to supporting men in becoming the best versions of themselves. We believe that men committed to self-improvement are vital to sustaining healthy families, relationships, workplaces, and communities.

We focus on promoting and supporting men's physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as these aspects are crucial for their positive contributions to society.

We achieve this through our self-development and growth programs, workshops, and courses. Additionally, our mentoring initiatives within local men's groups and the training of men to lead self-development programs, workshops, and courses are key to building strong, supportive men's communities.

Luke Di Sessa

Luke has a passion for men's work and in particular men's groups.
"I took the plunge a few years ago and started to attend men's groups. I'm continually amazed by the experience of being able to share openly and honestly in group, without judgement, in a safe and supportive environment with other men.
I'm always looking to learn and improve to be the best man for myself, my family and society. I am passionate about allowing other men to share this experience and with this energy I'm committed to spreading the word and creating men's groups across Adelaide and beyond".
