About the event
It all starts with Intro Night
A relaxed session where you're welcome to bring a mate, your partner, your parents or anyone who wants to understand what it's about. It's a space to get a feel for the journey ahead and ask any questions.
After that, it's 9 weeks for men only. A solid space for real talk, reflection and building something stronger within yourself and alongside other blokes.

Begin the Journey is a 9-week program designed to help men connect with themselves and others in a safe, supportive environment. Each session encourages personal sharing and experiential learning, with themed discussions that foster growth, understanding, and accountability.
Join a small group of like-minded men to develop communication and relational skills while building meaningful connections. This program offers a transformative journey of self-discovery and connection.

Time: 7 till 9pm
