Begin the Journey is a 9-week program designed for men who are looking to connect more deeply, grow personally, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive and confidential space. The journey starts with an Intro Night - a relaxed, open session where everyone is welcome, including partners, parents, and friends. This gives you a chance to get a feel for the program and ask any questions.
From there, the following 9 weeks are for men only, creating a dedicated space for honest conversations, self-reflection, and connection.
