Begin the Journey is a 9-week program for men who want to understand themselves better, connect more deeply, and build meaningful relationships.
In a supportive and confidential space, you’ll take part in honest conversations, self-reflection and practical activities that help you explore what matters to you, express what’s going on inside, and take responsibility for the changes you want to make.
Led by Good Better Best Men facilitators, the weekly sessions offer a dedicated space for men to learn, grow and support each other. You don’t need previous experience—just a willingness to show up and explore.
