We hold this space every Wednesday morning for men. Our open men's group welcomes new members anytime. It's a place to connect, share, and grow in a safe, confidential environment. We follow traditional men's group agreements.

 

A men's group and circle is a space to be "just who I am, as I am", without judgment, advice or criticism. It's about honest connection and sharing what matters.
